When you practice yoga regularly, every part of your body can move more easily. We recommend practicing at least 2-3 times per week. The more time you commit to yoga practice, the sooner you will experience all of it’s benefits. Yoga will improve your flexibility over time as well as strengthen and tone your muscles. Yoga will also benefit you emotionally. You will become more relaxed and centered during the process.
Attend weekly classes with our monthly yoga membership. In addition to your monthly membership fee, specialty classes are also available at a preferred rate structure. The more often you practice yoga as part of your monthly membership the less expensive each class becomes. Below is a breakdown membership options.
