Beginner Yoga focuses on students brand new to yoga. Come roll out your mat with us for the first time. This class is slow paced and more descriptive. Follow along at a slower pace with detailed instruction along the way.
Yoga postures are broken down into simple terms that are easy to understand. Learn how to do each pose properly. Develop a strong foundation with this yoga course. First, meet your mat and warm up! You must first get your body properly aligned. After you warm up, then you are ready to start your body’s internal engine and build heat through movement. Tone and strength your body with lunging poses. You will learn one leg balancing and tone your glutes and hips. The core work out will help you have a lean and strong midsection. At the end of the class you will learn the importance of cooling down. Restorative poses to leave you refreshed.
