Want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well supported and relaxing practice? Yoga practitioners of all levels are welcome to attend this gentle yoga class that will leave you feeling relaxed and re- energized.

Enjoy this non-strenuous exercise while relaxing by the water in Havre de Grace, MD. This practice is not physically straining. Perfect class for the elderly or women who are pregnant. Yogi’s who are looking for a more relaxed and laid back workout – this class is for you! This class is slower and gives the practitioner’s time to perform the poses. Lower intensity movements are performed. The body is also given adequate time to recover.
