Theresa took her first yoga class to soothe an injury due to a car accident. She felt the benefits of Yoga immediately and continued practicing. She decided to take the 200 hour Teacher Training at Charm City Yoga under the direction of Kim Manfredi. She has now been teaching for several years and looks forward to growing her practice. Yoga has brought a sense of balance and calmness to Theresa’s life. She is honored to have the opportunity to share the benefits of Yoga with others.
